Sponsorship Opportunities

All sponsorship commitments run from October 2024 through April 2025

Gold Sponsorship

  • 10’ x 10’ event space located at the start/finish area
    – Branded tent (provided by Sponsor)
    – Exact location of the event space TBD but will be in close proximity to the Start/Finish area
    – Tables available upon request.
  • Name recognition with website link on TourdeSummerlin.com
  • Logo inclusion on commemorative event shirt
  • Five (5) complimentary entries into the event
  • Five (5) commemorative event shirts
  • Flyers, coupons, or giveaway items to be included in rider registration bags
    – Sponsor to provide approximately 750 pieces or giveaway items to be included
  • Email blast to current database
    – One (1) Sponsor exclusive email blast
    – Logo inclusion in all other TDS email blasts
    – Approximately 14,000 email addresses
    – Artwork can be provided by Sponsor or TDS can provide artwork/layout at no additional charge
    – TDS will coordinate and distribute all email blasts
  • Inclusion in ongoing social media marketing
  • Two (2) banners for start/finish staging area fencing
    – Recommended banner size: 5’w x 3’h
